The activities of Mayan Overseas, with whom you have been working for many years, are now being fully merged into Mayan Customs.

Today, both companies are currently under the same ownership, and this alignment enables us to streamline the structure and unify our operations.

As part of this process, the merged activity will continue under a single legal entity with an updated company name and registration number:

Important Clarification

The activity continues seamlessly, with:

• The same management
• The same operational teams and contact persons

• All existing agreements and commercial terms remaining valid
